Opting for a reusable cup, bottle or lunchbox is a really simple way many people choose to reduce their daily waste production. Another is avoiding printing unless absolutely necessary, and when it is needed making sure to select the double-sided option.
But favoring waste avoidance and reuse is just one way we can reduce our combined carbon footprint. There are many other easy decisions we can take to make a difference; this could be turning off unneeded lights and electronic equipment which reduces our energy consumption, or helping to ensure equipment is correctly recycled by returning it to IT services.
